The Process

“Day-Of Coordinator” is a little bit of a misnomer, as the work actually begins about 1-3 months ahead of the wedding.

I have three different packages to cater to different levels of support, but generally, working with me looks like this:

Before the Big Day

Kick-Off Call 1-3 Months ahead of Wedding Date:

We’ll chat, go over the plan, and get our ducks in a row.

Check-In Calls:

To touch base and see how things are shaping up. Frequency depends on what level of support you need.

Vendor Coordination:

I’ll help keep track of your vendors to make sure we’re all on the same page.

Day-Of Timeline Creation:

We’ll work together to create the best flow for the day.

Checklists & Spreadsheets galore:

I’ll provide you with materials like Call Sheets & Run-Of-Shows to help wrangle your crew and keep you organized.

On the Wedding Day

Timeline Management:

I’ll keep track of the Run-of-Show we created and make sure everything is on track.

Problem Solver Extraordinaire:

Anything unexpected that happens during the day (you forgot your grandmother needs a seat in the shade, the venue forgot to turn the AC on in the bridal suite, etc.), I’ll be there to help you solve it.

Vendor & Guest Wrangler:

I’ll give time-checks and cues to your vendors and bridal party, and generally wrangle everyone to where they need to be.

Your On-the- Day-Onsite Point Person:

I’ll be there to coordinate, organize, and generally keep an eye on things, so you can relax while you get ready and get married!
