Hi! I’m Nikki
I‘m an experienced wedding coordinator based in Brooklyn, and I’m so glad you’re here!
With a background in theater and years of coordinating events, I know how to keep things running smoothly while keeping everyone's sanity intact. I’m also a longtime corporate Executive Assistant, so I bring with me both a stage director’s eye as well as a deep love of logistics and spreadsheets.
I want your wedding to look and feel like you - and I specialize in weddings that are less about formality and more about connection. My goal is to make sure that every part of the day is meaningful to you, and that all the prep before the wedding is as approachable and digestible as possible.
Planning a wedding can seem overwhelming. But weddings are projects. Projects are manageable. We got this.
Your wedding doesn’t have to be The Most Important Day of Your Life, where every decision carries the weight of the world. And you don't have to know everything or keep everything in your head all the time. You just need to know what deserves your attention today.
And that’s where I come in! I’ll work closely with you to understand your vision and handle all the nitty-gritty details - wrangling your vendors, keeping things moving, and making sure your cousin doesn’t walk down the aisle with her dress tucked into her underwear.

Well, I specialize in day-of coordination, focusing on the logistics and execution of your wedding day. Which basically means I take everything you’ve planned and turn it into a workable, functioning day. You get to focus on the party and the people and, ya know, getting married, and I’ll handle the rest!
Despite the name, Day-Of Coordination actually begins about 1-3 months ahead of the wedding. I help you ensure that everything is lined up and ready to go so your day is seamless and stress free.
