Before the Big Day
Kick-Off Call 1-3 Months ahead of Wedding Date:
6-8 weeks before the wedding, we’ll do a deep dive of your plans and priorities, and get our ducks in a row.
Check-In Calls:
Monthly calls, plus weekly calls in the final month - to touch base, see how things are shaping up, and keep us on track.
Day-Of Timeline Creation:
We’ll work together to create the best flow for the day - including vendor arrivals, ceremny timing, toast order, and more. Then I’ll put together a detailed Run-Of-Show for the whole day.

Tailored to your wedding, I’ll provide you with materials like vendor comms, packing spreadsheets, and decor trackers, to help wrangle your crew and keep everyone organized.
On the Wedding Day
Timeline Management:
Using the Run-Of-Show we created, I’ll keep our timeline on track and cue any key moments like toasts, dances, and cake cutting.
Problem Solver Extraordinaire:
Anything unexpected that happens during the day (you forgot your grandmother needs a seat in the shade, the venue forgot to turn the AC on in the bridal suite, etc.), I’ll be there to help solve it.
Vendor & Guest Wrangler:
I’ll give time checks and cues to your vendors and wedding party, making sure everyone is in place and where they need to be (so you’re not searching for a rogue wedding party member at the bar two minutes before the ceremony starts.)
Your On-the- Day-Onsite Point Person:
From setup to breakdown, I’ll be there to coordinate, organize, and generally keep an eye on things, so you can relaxe while you get ready and get married!
