Kick-Off Call - About 6 weeks before the wedding to walk through your plans + priorities, plus check-in calls along the way to keep things are on track.
Timeline consultation - We’ll map out the flow of the day, including vendor arrivals, ceremony timing, toast order, and more.
Custom planning documents - Tailored to your wedding; vendor call sheets, props + packing checklists, a shareable timeline, and more.
Handoff Call - I’ll walk your day-of point person through the plan and answer any questions so they feel confident taking the reins.
Heads up: This package doesn’t include onsite coverage. I’ll project manage the lead-up, then pass the baton to you and your team.

The Prep Package
So what do you + your crew have to handle?
Everything on the actual day:
Welcoming + coordinating vendors.
Managing setup setup details.
Cueing the ceremony + key moments.
Keeping things on time (like telling the band it’s time for the father/daughter dance, or letting catering know Aunt Judy’s giving an unexpected toast - so hold the cake for 5).
Troubleshooting any surprises or hiccups that come up.
I’ll handle the plan - your crew will make it happen.
For couples who want a trusted partner to help bring all the planning together — and to make sure it actually runs smoothly on the day. Includes:
Everything from the Prep Package plus…
Monthly check-in calls, weekly calls in the final month, unlimited email support, and as-needed touch bases during the final week.
Vendor coordination — I’ll keep your vendors up to date on the plan, confirm key details, and make sure we’re all aligned.
Bridal party + helper prep — I’ll confirm any responsibilities with family or friends (setting up signage, bringing snacks + music to the getting-ready suite, etc.).
Day-of Onsite Coverage — up to 10 hours of on-the-ground management, including:
Welcoming vendors + overseeing setup.
Making sure the bridal party + officiant are in place (so you’re not searching for a rogue bridal party member at the bar two minutes before the ceremony starts).
Keeping the timeline on track and cueing key moments (like toasts, dances, cake cutting).
Handling any last-minute changes or surprises.
Being the go-to for vendors, venue staff, and any guest questions.
What’s still on your plate?
You’ll choose your venue and hire your vendors.
You’ll manage the front-end planning — I step in 2–3 months out to organize the logistics and make sure everything’s ready to roll.
You’ll also run your own rehearsal (unless you want to add ceremony direction — I’ve got that covered if you need it).
You’ve built the vision - I’ll bring it to life. I’ll handle the moving parts, problem-solve in real time, and make sure the day flows exactly the way you planned it. So you can stop worrying about the details and focus on getting married!

The Full Coordination Package

The Weekend Package
For couples who want extra support across other wedding events. Includes:
Everything in the Coordination Package plus…
Coordination + onsite management of one additional event — rehearsal dinner, welcome drinks, or post-wedding brunch (additional events can be added).
Ceremony rehearsal direction — I’ll stage the ceremony and run the rehearsal so you don’t have to herd cats yourself.
Photography shot list support — help crafting a list of your must-get moments, so your photographer’s in sync and nothing gets missed.
Custom Q2Q + Full Weekend Run-of-Show — a clear, actionable breakdown of what’s happening and when, including the nitty gritty (like remembering to eat or grabbing those heirloom earrings from Mom).
Extended Day-Of Coverage — up to 12 hours.
From the rehearsal to the post-wedding brunch, I’ll guide the prep and keep every moving part of your weekend celebration organized and running smoothly.

The remaining 50% is due one week before your wedding.
