The Signature Package
Let’s land this plane!
For couples who want a trusted partner to help bring things home. Includes:
Kick-Off Call 2-3 months out to get our ducks in a row.
Monthly check-in calls, plus weekly calls in the final month.
Vendor coordination throughout, keeping them up to date on the plan + final confirmation.
Event Timeline (Run-of-Show) Document
Contact lists, check lists, and detailed planning docs (prop lists, call sheets, “what’s leaving the house with you day-of” spreadsheets, etc.).
Communications plan & document distribution to vendors, bridal party, family + helpers.
Production meeting with you crew - we’ll gather your people and go over what’s happening on the day + who’s responsible for what so everyone’s looped in.
Day-Of-Onsite Coverage up to 10 hours.
You’ve built the vision - I’ll help organize it, polish the plan, and make sure everyone knows what they’re doing.
For couples hosting multiple events or looking for full weekend support. Includes everything in the Signature Package plus:
Coordination and onsite management of one additional event (like a rehearsal dinner, welcome drinks, or post-wedding brunch — additional events can be added).
Ceremony Rehearsal Direction - I’ll stage the ceremony and run the rehearsal.
Photography shot-list support.
Full weekend schedule plus a customized Q2Q - a list of everything you have to do that weekend, including the nitty gritty like picking up special earrings from Mom, or remembering to eat.
As needed touch bases and support in the final week.
12 hours of Day-Of-Onsite coverage.
From the rehearsal to the post-wedding brunch, I’ll keep every part of your celebration on track and running smoothly.

A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your date.
The remaining 50% is due one week before your wedding.
